The idea for Oud Al Joohar was born from a deep love of Arabian perfumery, sparked during Salome's time living in the Middle East. She was captivated by the richness, complexity, and emotional depth of traditional perfume oils. After returning to the U.S., she realized that many available scents lacked the authenticity and soul that had left such an impression. She envisioned a brand that would capture that rare essence—blending the cultural richness of Arabian fragrance traditions with modern sophistication.
